I used these caramel toffees...these were sugar free but next time I'd use the originals...
I crushed them in my Bellini (like a Nutribullet)...
The recipe makes heaps - you could freeze the dough for another time...
Voila! A lovely crunchy biscuit...

It is a huge cup!
